Diligex was founded and is run by Graham Caparulo who has over a decade of experience as a Manager and Engineer in the IT industry.  Prior to founding Diligex, Graham served as Director of Technology at LiveWire Capital, an investment and management group focusing on service providers in the wireless, media and utility industries.  His duty at LiveWire was to manage the IT and Engineering departments of LiveWire's various holdings.  His roles ranged from hands-on technical implementations to senior level management.  Prior to joining LiveWire, Graham worked at PriCellular Corporation as Manager of Engineering.  PriCellular was a public company providing wireless telephone services (branded as CellularOne) across the US.  Graham holds a B.S. in Information Systems with a concentration on Business from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY.
